- 7-Day Trial: Every subscription starts with a 7-day risk-free evaluation period.
- Third-Party Compliance:Users must use BidLoop in compliance with Upwork's Terms of Service and all applicable freelancing platform rules.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and TK Turners LLC("BidLoop", "we", "us"). By installing the BidLoop desktop app, creating an account, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Account Access & Security
During beta and initial release phases, accounts are provisioned through the download intake flow or by an administrator upon approved access request.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Each seat license is allocated to an individual user or named agency operator and may not be shared concurrently across multiple unallocated users without authorization.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at admin@tkturners.com.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, & 7-Day Trials
BidLoop is provided on a subscription basis (Starter at $29/seat/month or $290/seat/year; Coach at $90/seat/month or $900/seat/year; or custom Enterprise pricing).
- 7-Day Free Trial: All newly provisioned accounts include 7 days of full feature access. No renewal charges are processed during the active trial unless you choose to continue.
- Stripe Processing: Subscriptions and recurring payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing settings. Cancellation prevents future billing while allowing access through the remainder of the paid term.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
BidLoop is designed to empower freelancers and agencies to identify high-fit opportunities and craft tailored proposals. You agree not to:
- Use the software to conduct mass unsolicited spamming or fraudulent activity.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the desktop binary.
- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or license authentication mechanisms.
- Engage in behavior that disrupts or impairs platform availability for other users.
5. Third-Party Platforms (Upwork & Google)
Upwork:BidLoop operates as a desktop companion workspace. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring their proposal submissions, bidding volume, and freelancing engagements comply with Upwork's User Agreement and platform guidelines.
Google Docs:When you connect your Google account to export proposals, that integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy Google API Compliance.
6. AI Proposals & Output Disclaimers
BidLoop uses artificial intelligence to generate proposal drafts, summarize client requirements, and suggest bidding strategies.
- AI-generated text is provided as a draft assistance tool. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the factual accuracy of all submitted proposals.
- BidLoop does not guarantee that submitted proposals will result in client interviews, contract awards, or specific revenue outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Content: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all text, proposals, profile data, and intellectual property created or submitted through the software.
BidLoop Property: The BidLoop software, brand name, trademarks, logos, algorithms, user interfaces, and associated documentation are the exclusive property of TK Turners LLC.
8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access if a user materially breaches these Terms or engages in unauthorized activity. You may discontinue use and delete your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TK Turners LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.
