Refund Policy

BidLoop starts with a 7-day trial so teams can evaluate the desktop workflow before continuing with paid access.

Subscription billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Canceling stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past paid periods.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, billing mistakes, or service access issues.
