BidLoop collects account, billing, and product usage information needed to operate the desktop app, manage access, process subscriptions, and support customers.

Information we process

We may process account details, authentication events, billing references, job data captured for your workspace, proposal insight activity, and support communications.

Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. BidLoop stores Stripe identifiers, subscription status, invoice references, and billing audit records. We do not store full card numbers.
